Prices, charges and payment methods
The final amount, frequency and payment method are shown before confirmation.
- Amounts are displayed in Brazilian reais unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Applicable fees, discounts, duration and recurrence must appear at checkout.
- Processing may depend on payment partners and anti-fraud checks.
- A transaction may be declined, remain pending or be cancelled when payment is not confirmed.
- The user is responsible for checking the recipient, product and amount before completing the transaction.
Confirmation before charging
No button, message or negotiation outside the official flow replaces the information shown at the final checkout step.
03
Subscriptions and renewal
Plans provide access to benefits described by the creator during the contracted period.
- Frequency, price and benefits may vary between creators and plans.
- While active, a subscription may renew through the authorized payment method.
- Cancellation stops future charges; access already paid for may remain available until the end of the stated cycle.
- Price or benefit changes must be communicated appropriately before affecting a new charge.
- Content removed for legal or safety violations may become unavailable regardless of the plan.
04
Content, live streams and experiences
Each purchase grants the access described in the offer and may have its own duration, quantity or rules.
- A standalone content purchase does not automatically equal a subscription.
- Temporary or one-time-view media may expire after the stated event.
- Audio or video calls depend on availability, configured price and the conditions shown during scheduling or acceptance.
- Live streams, groups and experiences may have participant limits, schedules or additional requirements.
- Recording or redistributing content without express authorization is prohibited.
05
Gifts, rewards and balance
Gifts are a voluntary form of support and create no implied obligation beyond what is expressly stated.
- The sender selects the recipient and amount before confirmation.
- The platform may apply limits, identity checks, fraud prevention and balance rules.
- Receipt may appear in chat, notifications and the statement of the profile involved.
- Points, rankings or promotional benefits do not represent withdrawable money unless a specific published rule says otherwise.
- Suspicious transactions may be held for review before release or payout.
06
Cancellations, disputes and refunds
Requests are assessed according to the nature of the purchase, access already granted, technical evidence and applicable law.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled through the account flow to prevent the next renewal.
- Duplicate charges, verified technical failures and unrecognized transactions must be reported promptly.
- Access to or consumption of digital content may be considered when reviewing a request.
- When approved, a refund normally follows the original payment method and the financial partner’s processing times.
- Abusive chargebacks, fraud or attempts to obtain content without payment may lead to account restrictions.
07
Creators, fees and payouts
Anyone who monetizes must meet applicable identity, ownership, financial data and compliance requirements.
- The creator sets prices within the options and limits made available by the platform.
- Fees, commissions and net amounts must be checked in the dashboard or the current commercial rule.
- Payouts may depend on settlement time, reserves, disputes, KYC and a valid payout key.
- Revenue arising from fraud, violations or unauthorized content may be held or adjusted.
- The creator is responsible for any applicable tax obligations and declarations.
08
Intellectual property and operational license
Authorship remains protected; the platform receives only the permissions necessary to host, process and display material according to the chosen settings.
- The creator must hold the rights and authorizations for all published content.
- Users receive only the personal access right corresponding to their purchase.
- A purchase or subscription does not transfer authorship, image rights or redistribution rights.
- Infringement reports may lead to preventive removal and a request for evidence.
09
Availability and responsibilities
SocialFans works to keep the experience available and secure, but some events depend on services, networks and third parties.
- Maintenance, incidents, partner outages or connection failures may temporarily affect features.
- Creators are responsible for the legality, description and delivery of what they publish or offer.
- Users are responsible for purchase decisions, account security and use of acquired content.
- The platform may limit features to investigate fraud, risk, disputes or policy violations.
10
Changes, law and contact

Brazilian law and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable when relevant.
